I am Dr. AuDHS.

The name says it all: ADHD, Autism, High Intelligence.

I bring order to complexity, work based on facts, and communicate directly and in a way that is traceable in writing.

With clear goals and fair rules, I deliver reliable decisions – without a mask.

Many people have known me so far as Dr. ADHD. From now on, I openly introduce myself as Dr. AuDHS: ADHD, Autism, High Intelligence – in short: different and rare.

“Without a mask” means: I explain how I perceive, think, work, and communicate, so that collaboration and interaction are clear, fair, and relaxed from the start – with fewer misunderstandings and more reliability.

That means:

_ ADHD: lots of drive, many ideas, sometimes hyperfocus – needs priorities, clear goals, clean processes.

_ Autism: strong need for logical consistency, clear rules, and unambiguous agreements; direct, low-mask communication.

_ Interaction: high implementation power as soon as the goal, role, and framework are clear; friction when things are unclear or there are mixed messages. Then I consciously switch to documentation, fact-checking, and clear boundaries to establish stability.

How I work

I organize complexity: break down big topics into steps, identify dependencies, make decisions based on data. I think in systems, timelines, and if-then relationships. Where others make rough estimates, I want to know exactly – not out of harshness, but out of fairness to everyone involved.

If I don’t feel forced to communicate with a mask, I am direct and respectful. I prefer that we clarify a point one time too many (“What exactly do you mean?”) rather than carry a misunderstanding along. I record important points in writing: goals, responsibilities, deadlines, next steps. That creates speed and trust.

What I stand for

Truth, responsibility, reliability. Promises are kept – especially those made explicitly. I reject “loopholes” in agreements. I adapt to understand better, not to please. My energy is high; I channel it with plans and milestones, not with hectic activity.

What you can expect from me

_ Structure in complexity: decision trees, risks, options – documented in a traceable way.

_ Focused high-performance phases under clear conditions.

_ Transparent communication – friendly in tone, precise in content.

_ Adherence to deadlines and results: reliable decisions, clearly derived.

What helps me (and you too)

_ Clarity before starting: goal, scope, roles, success criteria.

_ One channel per topic (ideally: email/doc) instead of scattered chats.

_ Early signals when something is going off track – plus short, honest status reports.

_ Time for quality: better to make a clean decision than to improvise quickly
